I have always had a passion for social justice and gender equity. Through my experiences in academia, I also became passionate about labor, employment, and the role of social policy in shaping our lives.

Consulting has provided me the opportunity to follow these passions by taking on projects that help to educate and promote social justice.

I have worked with non-profits, government agencies, unions, labor organizations, and public institutions on a variety of interesting projects, mainly related to gender and employment.
